The Lost Dogs' Home follows all relevant animal welfare legislation. Pets are a fact of life in Australia - 66% of households have a pet. Did you know? In 2006, The Lost Dogs' Home at Gracie Street, North Melbourne rescued more than 11,000 dogs and 9,000 cats!
They were rescued from the streets of Melbourne and surrounding suburbs. They were saved from being hit by cars, attacked by other animals, or from simply starving to death.
